I have been training with Marc from Personal Lifestyle Gym for a few months now. He is very motivating, he gets the most out of you and is friendly, which makes me enjoy every training session.

The best gym there is. You train with a maximum of 8 people on 1 trainer. The trainers are very professional and keep a close eye on you. Before I started at this gym I often had injuries. Here you will receive 2 tailor-made schedules every 4 weeks and you will be continuously challenged. You can do more than you think. If you have an injury, this will be resolved immediately and you can continue with your training. Every 4 weeks you can take a measurement on the Inbody and see your result. If you are not satisfied, you will receive advice regarding nutrition and training. It is always a lot of fun in the gym, which is also important to me. In any case, I'll never leave again 😉

I have been exercising at personal Lifestyle gym for some time with great pleasure and motivation. The coaches are very professional and dedicated and there is always a positive atmosphere in the gym. I'll definitely stick around here!

Personal Lifestyle Gym, the first gym where I feel 100% comfortable and at home. Also the first gym where I have been going for 2 years. There is of course a reason for this... There is a super friendly and pleasant atmosphere here. You are not a number here who only contributes to subscription fees, but a member who is helped in his or her needs and wishes. The guidance here is fantastic!! All trainers are committed and professional. Even if you think they aren't paying attention to you, they are paying attention to you 😄. Training is done on a small scale (Max 8 people) so that there can be that attention.I can recommend training here to everyone. I won't be leaving for a while 😉.

  • Stuur ons een email en we nodigen je uit voor een vrijblijvend kennismakingsgesprek
  • We bespreken jouw doelen en de mogelijkheden die wij bieden
  • We installeren onze Online Lifestyle Plan app op jouw telefoon en jij vult de vragenlijst in
  • Dan leggen we uit hoe jij dmv training en voeding blijvend jouw doelen gaat behalen
  • Tevens bespreken we jouw hormonale profiel en doen een startmeting
  • We maken voor de komende 4 weken 2 trainingsschema’s waarmee je in onze gyms komt trainen
  • Jij maakt fitnessafspraken om te starten met trainen in de door jouw gewenste Personal Lifestyle Gym locatie
  • Je komt naar de gym en wordt elke training begeleidt door een personal coach.
  • We houden al je resultaten bij in de Online Lifestyle Plan app, zodat jij elke training betere resultaten behaalt.
